As you know, we love dem Gravity Forms.
One of our clients set up a new form on their site using Gravity Forms(aff) so people could register for one of their events.
However, they told us that people were getting errors and couldn’t submit the form properly.
The error was: “This field requires a unique entry and [option] has already been used.”

I looked at the Form Editor and noticed that they had checked off the box next to No Duplicates. I unchecked the box and voila! the form started working properly.
Hope this quick tip helps anyone else troubleshoot this error message.
