Adding Microsoft Live Search Maps to your WordPress blog

You can add a Microsoft Live Map to your WordPress blog pretty easily. All you have to do is create a custom template Page for the map page, and add some code to it. Full instructions are here.

    This could be very useful for areas which Microsoft Live Map has better imaging than Google Maps. There’s a few different Google Maps plugins available too.

    I actually didn’t even know that Microsoft Live Map exists. Are there really places that it’s better than Google Maps?

    I have no idea, but I assumed there would probably be some. I went to where I live at the moment and the view is definitely worse than Google maps.
