I did that before searching for help but the thing is all my files was there I reupload change the link and all but nothing seems to work. The only solution I found was to export my files and reinstall which work perfectly now. The same problem also happen to my other site which wasn't on wordpress and it was fixed too. As for my older post I just didn't bother reuploading and changing the url after reinstalling ^^' lazy me. Anyway thank you very much for your help. So just changing the URLs wont work on it's own.
